He is the author, with Robert D. Hare, of the highly recommended business book, Snakes In Suits: When Psychopaths Go To Work, and is currently developing an instrument for use in employee selection and succession planning entitled the B-Scan. Paul has a doctorate from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he also studied physics, engineering and management science.
